‘The best way to predict the future is to create it’
30 year old, Nyreen Altaf is a living example of the above quote. Based out of a small district in Srinagar, Nyreen is a full of spirits and hopes. Inspite of being married in her early 20s, and not being able to complete her graduation due to unexpected circumstances, Nyreen decided to never give up.
“I am a student of knowledge. I have learnt a lot from what I do and I feel skills don’t need a certificate!” says Nyreen who never thinks even once before creating opportunities for a successful future.
Her entrepreneurship qualities were on a high in 2015, when she started to sell everything that is an eye candy, and create her very own ‘The royal Wardrobe.’ From winter suits to women and kids wear, her shopping venture covers almost everything you can imagine of!
“The main motive of starting the business was to become financially independent. Back in 2015, when I was searching for job opportunities, I could only find some typing jobs that paid only handful. I knew I was made for something big and different, and online business seemed to be the right plan.” recalls Nyreen.
Starting with just a small amount of resources, Nyreen was skeptical about whether her business will bloom or not. The pandemic led to many ups and downs too. However, she says, ‘The love for what I do, is my biggest strength to keep going!’
She provides free shipping, COD facilities and return options. Shipping is available throughout India and her delivery partners follow all SOPs and guidelines.
‘Customer satisfaction leads to my business growing. Today, inspite of some challenges, I know that my customer base is spread across the world, and that helps me sleep peacefully at night’, says the boss lady.
Nyreen believes that if a woman is educated, skilled and has a passion to do something in the field she likes, nothing can stop her. She plans to start her own boutique and create more employment opportunities.
‘I am a mother of two children, however, that doesn’t mean I am restricted. Work life balance, has made me who I am, and that is what, all my well wishers are proud of’
